Disabled Veterans Outreach Program Representatives (DVOP) provide intensive services necessary to meet the employment needs of Veterans and other eligible applicants who are facing significant barriers to employment, such as economically or educationally disadvantaged, special disabled, homeless, or other eligible barriers.
