City of Madison Department of Civil Rights EO Division

Hello,

In the past we have provided the location for the City of Madison Department of Civil Rights to conduct their monthly training workshops however with the Job Service office being closed at the Dane County Job Center we have had to cancel those opportunities. However most recently with an interest in these trainings we have coordinated with the City of Madison to provide these virtually using the Zoom meeting platform. If you are not familiar with Zoom they have provided this link for information: If you would like a tutorial on joining a meeting, please visit https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting-

In following our 2020 schedule the next workshop will be held virtually on Fri Dec 4th at 10am with the topic of Workplace Equity –

The Workplace Equity training will provide participants with a foundation of key concepts and tools to integrate into their daily work to ensure an equitable workplace. This training will also provide  participants with an introduction of how to implement initiatives in the workplace to make equity a core principle in decisions and policies of the organization.

Register by email to Jennifer Seese jennifer.seese@dwd.wisconsin.gov and you will receive a reply with the Zoom meeting information.
